This is a delicious, eczema friendly smoothie with plenty of flavour if you use ripe bananas and papaya. Leaving the smoothie in the fridge for half an hour helps the flavours to develop even more. Your little ones can help with peeling and slicing the bananas ready to be liquidised and they’ll have fun scooping out the seeds with a spoon too!
Papaya is packed with vitamin C which has antihistamine properties, helping to relieve some of the symptoms of eczema. To read more about how vitamins and minerals can help with the management of your little one’s eczema, click here.
